How we quote
Every job priced on its own merits
When quoting for and carrying out house clearances, we do everything we can to keep your costs down. Prices are calculated on both volume and weight, so you only ever pay for what needs clearing, and all prices are subject to VAT. In practice, there are several ways your clearance can work out cheaper.
Items of value offset the cost
If there are pieces of notable value, their worth can be set against the cost of the clearance. On occasion we may even end up paying you, so do not dispose of anything before calling us.
Cheaper than a skip
Our service generally works out cheaper than hiring a skip. You save on the skip and any permits, and we do all the labouring so you save time and avoid the mess.
Left clean and tidy
You receive a great service throughout, and we provide a general tidy up and hoover afterwards as standard.

Please note
Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs)
Since 1st January 2023, legislation around the disposal of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) has changed. Affected items can no longer be recycled or accepted at landfill and must instead be incinerated, which carries an additional cost. This applies to soft furnishings such as sofas, armchairs, office chairs, dining chairs, footstools, futons, beanbags and cushions, for both domestic and business clearances. We will explain any applicable charges clearly when we quote.
