We are a small, female-led team based in Potters Bar, helping families and professionals across Hertfordshire, London and beyond. We bring a calm, one-to-one approach to house clearance and probate valuation, because this is rarely just a job to the people who call us.
Our story
Started in 2006, with care at its heart
Female Valuers and House Clearance was founded on a simple belief: that clearing a home, often at a sad or stressful time, should be handled by people who genuinely care how it feels for the family, not just how quickly the van can be filled.
That ethos has not changed. We still work one to one, treat every home with respect, and recycle as much as we possibly can.

Would definitely recommend Victoria and her team. Victoria responded quickly to my initial enquiry about a valuation and house clearance. Once booked Victoria attended as planned and promptly provided a valuation and quote for clearance. I don’t live near the house that was cleared but Victoria cleared the property and sent pictures of the finished job. There was a lot to clear from a house that has been in the family since being built! Thank you so much for your help Victoria and team, you made the process so easy and have done a great job.
